"Oliver got the bug for catering at 15 when he got the chance to do work experience at the Hilton Hotel in York.
Oliver knew that he’d found his passion and got part-time job at a pub, where, despite the long hours he worked hard.
We’ve always been very supportive of Oliver’s choice to go into catering. He is an excellent cook and has a real passion and enthusiasm. I am very proud of him and what he’s achieved so far."
